Job summary

Wedding Weekender is reimagining wedding videography by renting camcorders for weekend coverage and then editing footage into a personalised video for couples. This hands-on operations role focuses on shipping logistics, inventory forecasting, and leading the Customer Care and media intake teams in a fast-growing start-up.

Based in Denver, CO, you will work in person with the Founder, driving operational maturity, implementing SOPs, and solving real-time issues to keep fulfillment moving

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in operations, supply chain, or logistics management.
• Experience in subscription box, rental, or kit-based logistics.
• Ability to build inventory forecasting models from historical data.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and automation tools.
• Experience leading Customer Care teams.
• Startup or small-team experience.
• Based in Denver, CO or willing to relocate; in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shipping logistics for camcorder packages.
• Manage returns and cycling inventory back into rotation.
• Forecast by wedding season, weekend concurrency, and regional shipping patterns.
• Lead the Customer Care team with coaching on quality and tone.
• Resolve high-stakes customer issues with empathy and judgment.
• Maintain SOPs and document processes with the Founder.
