Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking an Operations Manager - Foundation to lead foundation operations and special projects. This full-time role reports to the CPO and drives annual strategic planning, board/committee management, and crucial financial processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's in business or related field with 3 years in fund development or event management and 1 year coordinating projects.

Description

Operations Manager - Foundation at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is full-time and will work Day shifts.

Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo has received Magnet designation in 2012, 2017, 2021 and are in the process of earning our fourth designation in 2025! This is a prestigious designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), which recognizes organizations that provide the highest-quality care. Reporting directly to the CPO, the Senior Program Coordinator – Foundation Operations and Special Projects is responsible for leading and coordinating all Foundation operational functions and special projects and events. Responsibilities include in-depth development of our annual strategic planning, managing all board and committees as assigned. Oversight of financial processes as assigned. Management of Kronos, overall office management, scheduling of meetings, working with HR on key hiring and staffing, proficient use of DREAM data base and other duties as assigned. Possibly manage office administrators or other team members.

Required Qualifications:

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
