Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee support services operations, coordinate frontline staff, and serve as a liaison between administration and departments to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review work standards and procedures annually.
• Plan staffing and work schedules to ensure service adequacy.
• Assist in hiring, training, and orienting staff.
• Supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and recommend improvements.
• Report on goals and progress monthly.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Communicate effectively with staff and departments.
• Coordinate outside services such as pest control, waste management, and recycling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership, initiative, and responsibility.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
