Job summary

Walmart in Marion, AR is seeking a capable candidate for a full-time role at our state facility. The position provides a salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 with additional bonuses based on performance. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase and extensive paid time off.

Minimum qualifications include some college or relevant retail supervisory experience; training programs are required to complete. Primary location is 2100 State Highway 77, Marion, AR 72364.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management through Live Better U is a preferred qualification.
