Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs by supporting associates and managers.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and drives customer experience improvements.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.
