Job Description

• Monitor construction projects from start to finish to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Supervise project managers, superintendents, and field staff; ensure effective communication across teams
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials across multiple job sites for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability on all projects
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry as an Operations Manager or Project Executive
• Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) or Design Build experience is required
• Experience in K12 Education, Correctional, TI, Healthcare, Data Center, Higher Education, and/or Public Work required
• Stable work record
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
