Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Installation Services team and oversee daily branch operations from Charleston, SC. You will drive profitability, manage schedules, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional installation experiences.

The role emphasizes people leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to fuel growth for a fast-growing nationwide home remodeling company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations or service industry experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• 3+ years managing branch financials and P&L performance
• Experience improving operational efficiency and process execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily installation operations for the branch
• Manage installation schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and budgets
• Own branch P&L performance and margin improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless project execution
• Improve installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions
• Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety requirements
• Help standardize best practices across the region

What You'll Do
