Pristine Steam Wash LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our automotive detailing business in Canton, OH. This hands-on leadership role requires detailing expertise, team leadership, and a focus on quality, productivity, and growth.

Full-time position, 32–40 hours per week, starting at $20 per hour plus tips and monthly/quarterly incentives. Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive detailing experience with strong interior & exterior detailing knowledge.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop and mobile detailing operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and support automotive detailers.
• Coordinate daily schedules, workflow, and employee assignments.
• Monitor employee productivity and job completion times.
• Perform final quality inspections.
• Maintain Pristine Steam Wash quality and customer service standards.
• Professionally resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Monitor inventory, chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure mobile units are stocked, maintained, and ready for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and productive workplace.
• Assist with detailing services.
• Communicate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operational concerns to ownership.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
