AJ's Family Fun Center in Comstock Park, MI is looking for a Weekend Operations Manager to join our team. The position involves working from 11am-11pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with additional flexible hours during weekdays as needed. The role offers an opportunity for an annual position if desired and earned. We are located at 4400 Ball Park Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Hold team members accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Delegate tasks and projects, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
• Maintain business quality standards
• Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency
• Be available to work weekends and holidays during May-October

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team
• Effective listening and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Restaurant management experience is a plus
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
• Building & Grounds experience is a plus
• General maintenance experience is a plus
