Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection leader for a Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will oversee investigations, risk management, health and safety, and compliance, collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and associate development.

You will deploy data-driven strategies, train and mentor staff, and foster a culture of accountability and ethical conduct while aligning with Walmart’s values and Open Door principles.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 years’ experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
• Option 2: 3 years’ experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.

Position Summary…

Lead asset protection and security operations at a Walmart Distribution Center, helping protect associates, customers, assets, and business operations. You’ll oversee investigations, risk management, employee health and safety, compliance, and operational excellence while partnering with stakeholders and developing associates through clear goals, accountability, training, and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Stock
