We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced Operations Managers to join our team at our vibrant Alameda campus. This is a full-time, year-round position.We offer fully paid training.

Your Role at a Glance:

Title: Swim School Operations Manager
Pay Range: $24–$27/hour
Schedule: 5 consistent days/week (including at least one weekend day)
Weekdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: Choose from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Alameda Campus – 2203 Mariner Square Loop, Alameda, CA 94501

What You Bring to the Pool:

• A passion for working with children and promoting fitness and water safety
• 1+ year of experience leading and managing people
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable in an aquatic setting—or excited to dive in and learn!
• Committed to a long-term, stable role (not seasonal)
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the Show: Oversee daily operations and make sure the swim school runs like a well-oiled machine
• Leading the Team: Support and guide instructors and front-line staff with energy and confidence
• Mentoring & Coaching: Help your team grow, learn, and succeed
• Communicating Clearly: Keep everyone in the loop with team meetings and one-on-ones
• Teaching Too: Jump in and teach lessons when needed—because you're a hands-on kind of leader!
