POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is a full-time, 18-month development program providing on-the-job training and formal learning through structured tasks designed to expose participants to various operations within the company. During the program, trainees will learn business fundamentals, develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, and build relationships with executives, managers, employees, and customers. The program aims to prepare participants for a future role as an Operations Manager, fostering skills that support building a more sustainable world. The Training Experience

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead safety and compliance efforts, ensuring standards are met.
