Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our delivery operations inside a partner warehouse facility in the Cleveland metro area. This is a bump dock 3PL operation - our client runs the warehouse, and we manage the delivery teams, dispatch, and all last-mile logistics.

We specialize in delivering high-end furniture with a focus on quality, precision, and top-tier customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Recruiting & managing independent delivery teams

• Training crews on white glove standards, tools, uniforms, and protocols

• Leading daily stand-up meetings and setting expectations

• Monitoring dispatchers to ensure crews are being managed proactively

• Enforcing high standards for professionalism, appearance, and equipment

• Working closely with our client's warehouse leadership to align priorities and ensure smooth dock operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of logistics leadership experience

• Proven ability to manage a fast-paced delivery operation

• Home delivery experience preferred, especially with furniture

• Strong communication, accountability, and people management skills

• A self-starter with high energy and a hands-on approach
