Reworld Waste, LLC is hiring an Operations Manager for the West Palm Beach facility. You will provide strategic and operational guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant performance with direct reports including supervisors and technicians.

You will lead safety programs, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with the company strategy, while developing teams and managing stakeholder relationships across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred; military experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of plant operations supervisory/managerial experience or equivalent.
• Experience in power plant operations or high‑pressure boiler environments.
• Proven leadership with diverse teams and contractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Safety management in high-hazard operations; ASME/QRO/CFO desirability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational guidance for safe, cost‑effective plant operation.
• Lead the operations department, including supervisors and technicians, to meet KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

**About the role**Reworld is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Reworld West Palm Beach team! This position will report directly to the Facility Manager at our Reworld Palm 2 facility in West Palm Beach, FL. The Operations Manager position will provide strategic and operational guidance for the safe and cost-effective operation of our Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF). The role has multiple direct reports and these include Operations Supervisor and Shift Supervisors. This role will also be accountable for the non-exempt Operating Technicians in the facility. The Operations Manager will interact directly with business and Reworld SME and other support teams. **The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Set expectations, hold people accountable and role model Reworld Values and Behaviors to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace, deliver results with trust, and build breakthrough capabilities.* Deliver superior environmental, health, and safety leadership to ensure no accidents, no harm to people, and no damage to the environment.
