Operations Manager — Physique Academy

Physique Academy is a fast-growing online fitness coaching company dedicated to transforming men’s lives through elite training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.

We’ve helped over 5,000 men across 80 countries rebuild their bodies, confidence, and mindset – and we’re scaling fast.

We’re now searching for a driven, systems-minded Operations Manager to take our internal performance, efficiency, and execution to the next level.

Role Overview

As Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our systems, people, and processes.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to streamline operations, manage projects, and ensure the business runs with precision day to day.

Your mission: build scalable systems, integrate automation and AI workflows, and create operational excellence that fuels growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments (coaching, lead generation, content, and admin)
• Build, refine, and optimize systems, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
• Manage and support staff across multiple time zones, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Track KPIs, create reports, and support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute strategic growth initiatives
• Integrate and manage AI systems within operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with marketing, tech, and client delivery teams to ensure projects run on time and within budget
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and implement improvements fast

About You

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role (ideally in online coaching, fitness, or digital business)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable to new tech and tools
• Comfortable managing remote teams and working across multiple time zones
• Proficient in Slack, Zapier, and Go High Level (GHL) with a strong understanding of automation and integration between platforms
• Knowledge and experience working with AI systems, bots, or automations to streamline workflows
• Tech-savvy and confident with CRMs, project management platforms, and digital communication tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
