We're seeking an Operations Manager to oversee construction operations for an established North Texas contractor specializing in civil construction and site utilities.

Our client has built its business through dependable field execution and long-standing relationships across the region. The company handles a mix of civil infrastructure and specialty work, giving its operations leaders direct involvement in how crews are organized, projects are executed and client commitments are met.

As Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple active projects and field teams, working closely with ownership, project leadership and superintendents to keep operations productive and financially sound. You'll be responsible for workforce planning, equipment utilization, scheduling, safety, quality, field performance and client coordination while helping develop the leaders responsible for day-to-day execution.
