Job summary

Metric Geo in Dallas is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on major civil/sitework scopes. You will own day-to-day site leadership, coordinate with project managers and owners, and drive projects from mobilization to completion.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, scheduling, and effective subcontractor management on large, complex projects in the Dallas market. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in heavy civil construction and a proven ability to read drawings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of civil construction and sitework.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field crews.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong scheduling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects from mobilization through completion.
• Experience with large-scale or complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in coordination meetings and daily planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required specifications.
