AmeriCorps St. Louis is seeking an Operations Manager to lead ACSTL administrative and business activities, including finance, HR and program operations. The role requires hands-on oversight of payroll, budgeting, and compliance with applicable regulations.
You will partner with the Executive Director to drive efficiency, manage vendor contracts, and support audits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 37.5-hour work week.

The Operations Manager will serve as a key team member and active leader responsible for the ACSTL administrative and business activities. The Operations Manager’s primary responsibilities are to: manage organization's finances, oversee human resource functions, facilitate efficient program and office operations.

Salary commensurate with experience; $55,000 - $65,000 range
