Responsibilities

  • Oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
  • Recruit/hire residential/commercial pest technicians to maintain staffing levels.
  • Monitor performance via ride-alongs and audits; address issues promptly.
  • Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain inventory levels of pest/ termite control products.
