Job summary

CulinArt Group, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking an individual to assist in overseeing business activities and program administration, serving as a key liaison with customers. The role includes supervising staff, addressing customer concerns, and directing workplace performance across multiple dining facilities.

The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree, 1-3 years of experience, and an interest in sustainability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner.
• Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.
• Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Oversees facility operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
