CulinArt Group is seeking an individual to provide oversight of business activities and program administration, serving as a key liaison with customers. In this role you will supervise staff, resolve customer issues, and support facilities operations across diverse dining environments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, an understanding of hospitality, and may hold ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
• ServSafe Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
• Completes interviewing, hiring, and training of employees
• Plans, assists, and directs work while appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
• Oversees facility operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
