Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day field operations of the Nebraska/South Sioux City branch, ensuring efficient job execution, optimal use of labor and equipment, and strict safety and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead and develop field personnel, support sales initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.
Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of the branch, ensuring efficient execution of jobs, optimal use of labor and equipment, and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role leads and develops field personnel, supports sales initiatives, and drives continuous improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.
