From inventory control and stockroom flow to compliance, scheduling, and operational KPIs, you’ll help create a frictionless environment where the team can thrive and the customer experience shines.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize all back-of-house operations, including inventory accuracy, supply management, and shipment processing.
  • Inventory & Stock Management: Manage stockroom organization, stock replenishment, and visual stock flow to support floor readiness; lead cycle counts, shrink reduction strategies, and loss prevention protocols; partner with visual and merchandising teams to ensure stock levels support campaigns and sell-through.
  • Team Support, Scheduling & Structure: Create and manage effective scheduling templates; monitor labor and payroll budgets; partner with the General Manager to train, coach, and hold team members accountable for operational responsibilities.
  • Customer Support Enablement: Ensure the store is prepared to deliver a seamless customer experience by supporting stock availability, register readiness, and floor coverage; resolve operational customer issues, returns, and POS challenges; assist with in-store events, floor moves, and seasonal planning; provide sales floor coverage and cashiering as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of retail store management experience.
  • Strong understanding of store-level operations, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for systems, structure, and process optimization.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
