Job summary

Coleman is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and tasks are completed. You will coordinate shipments, assign drivers and crews, manage payroll, support recruiting, and maintain logs to keep safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include optimizing warehouse operations, allocating workloads, and coordinating with corporate to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Previous managerial experience is required.
• Experience in logistics and transportation preferred.

• Audit fuel logs on a weekly basis.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure warehouse and surrounding lot is clean, orderly, and able to pass fire and RSMO inspections.
• Maintain logs for local equipment and trucks.

Job description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations functions of the facility to make sure all departments are organized, efficient, and effective in their daily tasks and responsibilities are achieved. Ensure that all jobs are covered, issues are handled properly, and decisions made to increase the profitability and revenue of the company. Compensation ranges between $60,000-$65,000 annually depending on experience and performance.

Required Education and Experience:

• Required: High School diploma or GED
• Preferred: Previous logistics and transportation experience
• Required: Previous managerial experience

Working Conditions:

• Mainly indoors, working outdoors is sometimes required
• Sitting down for long periods at a time while indoors
• Lifting up to 50 lbs is sometimes required
