Job summary

Royal Wholesale Electric - Price UT seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the warehouse operations, customer storage, and delivery scheduling. The role focuses on building a capable team and driving business growth.

In this management position, you will supervise daily operations, collaborate with the Profit Center Manager, and implement efficient processes. Steel toe shoes required and a standard office/warehouse environment.

Experience in distribution and teamwork are essential.

• College degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Two or more years of Operations Management Experience.
• Two or more years leading a team of 15+ people.
• Electrical Distribution or similar Distribution experience.
• Hard working and eager to learn.
• Ability to motivate and lead others.
• Proficient with Windows Office programs and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Motivated and driven to be the best.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to evaluate tough situations and determine a course of action.
• Familiar with business operating systems.
• Understanding of accounting paperwork flow.
• Ability to develop workflow charts.
• Experience developing new processes and implementation.

• People management skills. One of the most important responsibilities of an Operation Manager is learning from our sales team and supervising daily operations.
• Team effort with PC Manager and Sales Manager on recruiting and hiring.
• Leading daily operations of the business
• Work together with PC Manager and Sales Manager to grow and expand the business.
• Periodic evaluation of current processes and determine areas for improvement.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

REPORTS TO:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of Operations Management Experience
• Two or more years experience leading a team of 15 or larger
• Electrical Distribution or similar Distribution experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Standard office environment and distribution warehouse environment. Most days will be spent in both the warehouse and office. Steel toed shoes required.

COMPENSATION:

• The compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 hourly BENEFITS:Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Care for full-time positions
