Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales, oversee staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance at the Port Arthur, TX location. You will coach, motivate, and lead inside sales reps, drivers, and staff while partnering with the Branch Manager to achieve financial objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales and operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
