The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, bring 5+ years of terminal operations experience, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and transportation management tools to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily terminal operations to ensure all operations run efficiently.

• Audits current operations and identifies areas for improvement.
• Oversees maintenance and repairs of terminal fleet management assets.
• Creates and presents status reports to leadership on terminal operations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Strategically allocates resources to meet operational requirements.

Position Summary
