Job summary

Montblanc in NYC Madison Ave is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all boutique operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to Richemont standards. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and drive customer experience while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail operations with 2+ in management, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Luxury retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in retail operations with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
• Experience in the luxury goods industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.

Operations Manager

Reports to: Boutique Director

Overview

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to Richemont’s high standards policies and procedures. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will be crucial in optimizing boutique performance and contributing to the overall success of the brand. Attention to detail, multitasking, accuracy and outstanding organizational skills are crucial to be successful on this role.

Physical Requirements

• Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product.
