Job summary

Hawke & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager for our New York Garment Center team. The ideal candidate will be organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities while improving workflows and processes.

You will coordinate with sales, product development, sourcing, logistics, and finance, track projects, analyze data, and develop SOPs to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of operations or supply chain management experience.
• Apparel, fashion, consumer products, or retail experience preferred.
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
• Improve workflows, systems, and processes.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple departments.
