About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to exceed customer expectations in the commercial, defense, and general aviation sectors. Your leadership will ensure that the shop floor operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on meeting production deadlines and empowering our workforce to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues with parts and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment by rigorously following health and safety guidelines.
  • Integrity & Ethics: Uphold integrity and ethical behavior in all management aspects.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Oversee production methods and actively seek enhancements for greater efficiency.
  • Product Coordination: Manage multiple products simultaneously to meet production schedules.
