FCP Euro, a leading online retailer of European car parts, seeks an Operations Manager for our Fulfillment Center. You will lead AOMs, Team Leads, and front-line staff, driving operational excellence and ensuring KPIs are met while delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in distribution/fulfillment or ops management.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments; multi-priority planning.
• Data-driven decisions and Lean operating principles.
• Strong people leadership with frontline teams.
• Customer-centric day-to-day planning and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
• Tech-savvy with WMS; experience a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends or nights as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

• Meet KPIs including Perfect Order Rate, on-time shipments, defect reduction, aged tasks, and production levels.
• Manage weekly and daily operations to meet SLAs and ensure smooth workflows.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our Fulfillment Center, leading teams and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Outbound Operations and Retail, you will be responsible for developing AOM’s, Team Leads, and front-line employees, ensuring business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, and fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture. Your ability to motivate, plan, and adapt will be essential as you oversee daily operations, implement process improvements, and ensure outstanding customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operational Execution & Performance

• Ensure all KPIs are met, including inputs to Perfect Order Rate, on-time shipments, defect reduction, aged tasks, and production levels.
• Manage weekly and daily operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor, train, and develop Assistant Operations Managers, Team Leads and front-line employees, fostering career growth and continuous learning.
• Create a positive, feedback-driven team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a sharp focus on the customer experience.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Implement and refine standard work methodologies across shifts to boost productivity and streamline operations.

Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in distribution center, fulfillment center, or operational management, with a preference for experience in picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Experience managing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and balancing multiple priorities.
• Data-driven decision-making and implementation of Lean operating principles.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of managing front-line teams effectively.
• Customer-centric approach to daily planning and decision-making
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills in fast-paced environments.
• General tech-savvyness experience with Warehouse Management Systems and implementaiton a plus.
• Ability to work weekends or nights, as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).

Compensation:

This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $95,000 - $110,000 base, with a total compensation opportunity of $104,000 - $125,850 annually
