SavATree is seeking an Operations Manager in Lincoln, MA to lead the branch, oversee logistics, safety, and profitability. You will hire, mentor, and develop field personnel while enforcing policies to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence.

You will coordinate scheduling, inventory, and equipment, manage financial performance, and drive process improvements in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Enthusiastic leader with the ability to mentor and develop others.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is the branch leader responsible for logistics, operational proficiency, and safety. You will manage the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, employee engagement, and profitability. What is Essential

• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Willingness to Obtain Pesticide Licensing: A Commercial Pesticide Applicator license is not required at the time of hire, but you must be willing to obtain and maintain certification in the state where your branch is located. Certification must be obtained within one year of your hire date.
