Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive end-to-end operations for its Las Vegas facility. You will guide production, quality, safety and staffing while implementing best-in-class processes to meet schedules and cost targets.

You will oversee warehousing, distribution, labor management, and KPI reporting, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver superior service and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations experience in a multi-client environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities across levels.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff.
• Serve as communication link between operations and customers (internal and external).
• Coordinate warehousing and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure accurate cost centers and project codes.
• Prepare OPS KPI data weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Support Quality Management System and corrective actions.
• Oversee safety and employee engagement.
• Lead and mentor OPS Supervisors to meet goals.
• Manage inventory controls and support customer audits.

Job Description

Arvato is looking for an experienced operations leader to support our growing facilitiy in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end operations. This includes driving continuous improvement in all areas of operation as well as monitoring and adjusting processes as needed to meet production schedules, due dates, priorities, shippingrequirementsand volume peaks. Your goal will be to provide the highest quality service for our customers byestablishingbest-in-class processes while maintainingoptimalcost structures.

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
• Logistics Management of Operations: Coordinating warehousing, and distribution activities to ensuretimelydelivery of products to customers daily and supports client month/year end activities
• UKGLabor Management: Monitors and ensures all frontline supervisors are accurately accounting for labor efforts in correct cost centers and project codes
• Prepares OPS data asrequired(weekly, monthly, quarterlyKPI data)
• Supports Quality Management System and corrective actions
• Oversight for Safety and engagement asrequired
• Responsible for client KPI’s: On Time Delivery, Inventory Control, Claims, On Time shipping
• Training of warehouse associates for all functional areas
• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of OPS Supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that goals andobjectivesare met
• Inventory Management: Oversight to ensure inventory control metrics arealignedand OPS functional processes are not creating errors for inventory control. Supports customer audits and physical inventory asrequired
• Process/Continuous Improvement:Identifiesareas for improvement within QMS processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and minimize waste throughout the supply chain
• Close collaboration with Quality Department

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated,analyticalandpossessexcellent communication skills withdemonstratedexperience driving process improvement initiatives.
• Proven leadership capabilities with ability to interact easily with individuals at all levels and functions, both within and outside theorganizationwill be critical to this role.
• 10+ years of operations experience within a multi-client supply chain and high-tech environment including developing, motivating, and leading cross functional teams
• Active management of production, quality, and technical support areas
