Shuttlewagon, a Wabtec Company, is looking for an Operations Manager that will have responsibility for the entire plant operations, including developing standards of performance, measuring results, analyzing workflow, and troubleshooting problems. As the Operations Manager, you will work with other leaders, HR, Finance, and the teams reporting up to you. You will report to the VP of Operations Management.

Most importantly, the Operations Manager will lead with accountability and vision to deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations and advance Shuttlewagon’s long-term success.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $104800-149300 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
