Entrusted in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the mitigation operation at our Jacksonville branch. You’ll refine processes, develop a high-performing field team, and drive profitability, making sure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and as promised to our clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred in field services or operations.
• Coachable and eager to grow as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s standards.
• Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements as the branch scales.
• Direct, coach, and develop field team members and support hiring.
• Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values.
• Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards
• Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals
• Identify and implement process improvements as the branch continues to scale
• Direct, coach, and develop field team members, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows
• Build an engaged, accountable team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values
• Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations leadership
• Other duties may be assigned
