Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a capable restaurant manager to lead daily operations at our local location. Successful candidates bring prior supervision experience, a high school diploma, Serv‑Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification, and strong cash-management skills.

This exempt, salaried role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Bilingual skills can help in certain markets, and familiarity with POS, ATS and scheduling software

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

• Restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.

• Bilingual in certain markets.

Critical Ingredients:

• Successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Serv‑Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification
• Cash management skills
• Bilingual in certain markets
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like POS, ATS and web-based scheduling preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties in the restaurant
• Exempt, salaried position
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results of a background check
