Job summary

SnapDragon Associates, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a multi-regional building materials distribution operation in Houston, TX. The role requires 5+ years in distribution operations leadership, a track record of building efficient warehouse operations, and developing high-performing teams.

You will oversee a $10M+ P&L and manage 10+ associates, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.
