Job summary

United Rentals in Hawaii is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of quality service, ensure safety, and maintain process compliance to boost branch productivity.

You will work with the Branch Manager to oversee staff, customer service, and execution of operational initiatives, with a focus on driving performance and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Responsible for performance management of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other staff as applicable.
