Job summary

Sky Zone in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily park execution, manage staffing, guest flow, and safety procedures.

You will coach teams on the floor and behind the scenes, drive efficiency, ensure high-energy guest experiences, and partner with the General Manager on labor and events.

This full-time role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, hands-on leadership, and comfort with tech like POS systems and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams in high-volume guest-facing settings.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach in real time and build trust quickly.
• Comfort with scheduling, labor targets, and linking day-to-day execution to bigger goals.
• Hands-on leadership style—willing to jump in to solve problems, run a shift, or set the tone on busy days.
• Proficient with technology and operational systems (Microsoft Office, POS, dashboards) and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Execution and Team Success: supervise Team Leads and frontline staff during shifts and coach for accountability and energy.
• Own Shift Flow and Operational Efficiency: oversee staffing, guest flow, inventory, and cleanliness; partner with GM on labor strategy and safety.
• Deliver Guest Experiences That Wow: ensure guests feel welcome and safe from check-in to check-out; assist with events and high-volume days.
• Champion Safety and Brand Standards: conduct safety walkthroughs, ensure clean facilities, and uphold brand standards.
