Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced professional for a role focused on Cyber training. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments and a strong background in Program Management or Defense Industry.

This position requires conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training and managing Cyber training programs effectively. A Secret Security Clearance is also required for this role.

Vergence is growing Federal Government contractor providing mission critical services to government customers both in Indiana and around the United States.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7yrs experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.
• Minimum 7yr experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
• Minimum 2yrs experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

Secret Security Clearance required.
