Your Role: The Operational Backbone with Heart

You are the alignment champion, the process protector, and the culture carrier. You empower our creative team to thrive, bring order to complexity, and serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in turning vision into executable plans. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Embody and uphold our core values in every action, decision, and communication.

  • Guard and preserve company culture through every touchpoint.

Strategic & Operational Execution

  • Partner with the CEO to transform vision into clear strategies, timelines, and team initiatives.
  • Own company-wide KPIs, performance scorecards, and leadership meeting cadence.
  • Own the development, documentation, and continual optimization of SOPs across all departments—including design, warehouse, workroom, installs, and client services—to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Lead the implementation of a unified CRM/ERP platform connecting inventory, client data, financials, vendor timelines, and project tracking.

Operations Oversight

  • Oversee all retail operations in our high end showroom working with the designers every day creating processes and systems to warehouse operations including receiving, staging, inventory tracking, and delivery prep.
  • Ensure luxury brand standards are reflected in every install and shipment.
  • Implement efficient systems for product movement, custom workroom orders, vendor timelines, and white glove installs.

Project & Team Management

  • Maintain timelines and manage task execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues.
  • Coordinate between departments to foster clarity, collaboration, and forward momentum.
  • Partner with finance to support job costing, vendor payments, inventory budgeting, and department spending.
  • Monitor profitability by department and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (required)
  • Interior Design Industry is a strong plus!
  • Additional coursework or certification in Project Management (PMP) or EOS/Traction systems is a strong plus

Proven Operations Leadership

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in a design, creative, or luxury service-based business
  • Proven ability to scale operations, streamline systems, and lead cross-functional teams

Systems & Process Development

  • Exceptional ability to build, implement, and optimize SOPs across multiple departments for efficiency and scalability
  • Comfortable creating repeatable workflows that align with company goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Leads with humility, collaboration, and purpose, driven to support the team and the mission of the company empowering others through example, accountability and a commitment of excellence.
  • Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise
  • Thrives in structured environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Capable of cross-functional team leadership and clear communication at every level
  • Builds alignment, resolves conflict, and motivates teams toward shared goals

Tech-Savvy & Systems Fluent

  • Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), ERP/CRM tools, inventory systems, and reporting dashboards
  • Able to integrate and optimize platforms to support operational clarity and performance tracking

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 9:30 AM–3:00 PM. No nights or weekends.
