Key responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, optimizing workflows, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proven ability to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• 4 year degree required
• Management experience (salary & hourly employees)
• ERP experience in order entry/shipping (SAP preferred)
• Experience streamlining processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
