Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in customer-facing events.
• Assist Safety, Bio-security & Compliance Supervisor with communicating OH events.
• Establish and maintain a strong presence within the Ohio poultry and agricultural industry.
• Assist with auditing crews to ensure compliance with company standards and performance expectations.
• Assist with vaccine inventory management.
• Conduct random farm visits to audit drivers and crew members for safety, quality, and professionalism.
• Uphold and enforce strict biosecurity protocols, including vehicle sanitation and shower-in/shower-out procedures.
• Communicate directly with customers to schedule visits, address concerns, and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Develop and expand professional networks within the region to support business growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying potential candidates and assisting with onboarding.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions to leadership.
