This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement objectives are consistently achieved.
The Operations Manager will partner closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Finance to execute production plans, improve manufacturing processes, and build a high-performing, accountable team.
