UFC GYM in Chicago is seeking an operations leader to drive club revenue and outstanding member experiences. You will hire and mentor a strong team, supervise front- and back-office processes, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory and POS oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain a welcoming, high-performance club culture.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly operations revenue goals.
• Support member retention through exceptional experiences and processes.
• Hire, train and develop the operations team.
• Ensure cleanliness, punctuality, dress code and hospitality standards.
• Foster teamwork across club functions to improve member and staff experience.
• Maintain an efficient back office and inventory control.
• Oversee POS operations and daily/weekly revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hitting a monthly Operations Revenue goals
• Major emphasis is to support member retention by advocating for the best member experiences and operational processes in the club.
• Hires, trains and develops a strong operational team.
• Ensure team members always executes the basics in friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality and in dress code.
• Instill a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to improve the member and team member experience.
• Maintain an efficient ‘back office.’
• Order and maintain all supplies.
• Supervise point-of-sales (POS) operations and file daily and weekly club revenue reports.
• Responsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines. Prepare inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and willing to take leadership responsibilities regardless of situation.
• Must possess strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Experience as a manager.
• Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry.
