YIBI Group is seeking an Operations Manager based in Los Angeles to support project-based collaboration with our international jewelry manufacturing business. The role focuses on production coordination, supplier management, and operational planning as we transition from development into stable manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating timelines, readiness, and risks, and will bridge U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, jewelry production, accessories manufacturing, product development, or supply chain.
• Experience in fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
• Strong operational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supplier workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support operational coordination across jewelry development and production projects.
• Coordinate product, supplier, production, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Support sample-to-production handovers.
• Review project timelines, production readiness, and operational risks.
• Coordinate with product-development and manufacturing teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, responsiveness, and execution.
• Support communication between U.S. brand teams and YIBI manufacturing teams.
• Provide insights into U.S. jewelry and accessories operations.
