Interior Elements, a regional leader in the commercial interiors industry, seeks top talent for an Operations Manager in the Birmingham, AL market. At Interior Elements, operations managers work directly with the design team and install partners to ensure every aspect of an installation is performed to the IE standard and expectation. This role oversees the logistics of installations while providing exceptional service and continuous client communication throughout the process. IE seeks individuals with a service mindset and a problem-solving approach to join the operations team. The focus is on both installation quality and market development/ design phases of work.
