Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain logistics (agriculture or freight brokerage experience is a major plus).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive), spreadsheet and productivity tools (Excel), TMS software, and Slack.
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to manage high-volume data without errors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Perceptive and adaptable, with a strong ability to identify operational inefficiencies, adapt to changing priorities, and provide support wherever required.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Support: Assist the Director of Transportation with carrier check-ins, freight rates, dispatching, tracking delayed trucks, and posting delivered weights. Build relationships with Transportation Vendors, ensure real-time accuracy of shipment details, and manage on-time delivery of orders.
• TMS & Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain all shipment data and load details within our proprietary Supply Chain Management tool, BareTracks, as well as on all external, customer-assigned TMS systems.
• Customer Service Liaison: Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily order processing, customer portal updates (BareTracks), and resolving delivery issues.
• Farm & Food Safety Admin: Support the Potato Supply Manager by planning truck loading days and times, organizing food safety compliance paperwork, and sorting shipping data (e.g., potato varieties), among other daily coordination tasks.
