Traction Sports Performance is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee frontline venue operations during events in Baton Rouge. You will supervise gate workers, cleaning crews, and maintenance staff to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient fan experience.

Responsibilities include leading all on-site operations, maintaining orderly entry and crowd flow, and coordinating pre- and post-event setup and breakdown. This role requires weekend work and a strong commitment to safety and service.
