Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of traveling technicians on customer wind farm projects across the U.S. This role ensures maintenance, component replacements, inspections and repairs while leading the Specialize Field Service Team nationwide.

You will meet financial goals, optimize resources and drive growth, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety and quality standards across projects.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily management of traveling technicians working on customer wind farm projects across the U.S. This role ensures the successful execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, component replacements, inspections, and repairs, while managing the Specialize Field Service Team across various locations. TheOperations Manager is accountable for meeting financial goals, optimizing resources, and driving growth. They will also handle team performance management, customer relations, compliance, and project efficiency. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, managing subcontractors, and supporting broader operational and quality initiatives within the organization.
